The Competition
These terms and conditions apply to all competitions listed on countymowerswetherby.co.uk (“the Website”).
The Promoter may offer different competition formats. An entry fee is payable for each entry unless you use the free entry route described below.
To enter, participants (“Entrants”) may be required to correctly answer a question or solve a problem (“Competition Question”). A free entry route is available.
How to Enter
Each competition will run between the stated Opening Date and Closing Date shown on the Website. All times are based in London, England.
The Promoter reserves the right to amend Opening or Closing Dates if necessary. The Closing Date will not be extended solely to increase entry numbers.
All entries must be received before the specified Closing Date and time. Late entries will be disqualified and no refunds will be given.
Where applicable, a maximum number of entries will be stated on the Website.

All entries must be submitted in English.
Upon purchasing entries (excluding free entries), confirmation will be sent.
The Promoter is not responsible for incomplete, lost or delayed entries due to technical issues or equipment failure.
By entering, you confirm you accept these terms and conditions.
Each purchased entry generates a unique code linked to a ticket number. Tickets are issued in numerical order. Each ticket has an equal chance of being drawn. Purchasing more tickets increases your chances of winning, up to any stated limit.
Incorrect answers will result in a redraw. The winner’s name and draw number may be published on the Website and Facebook page.

Each free entry must include:

Answer to the Competition Question (if applicable)
Entries must be legible and submitted separately (no bulk entries in one envelope).
Proof of posting does not guarantee entry.
If entry limits are reached before your free entry is received, it will not be included.
Choosing a Winner
All Entrants who correctly answer the Competition Question will be entered into a random draw. If no question is required, all valid entries will be entered.
The draw will take place within 7 days of the Closing Date.
Entrants’ names and entry numbers may be published or visible during a live draw.
If you do not wish your name to appear, you must notify the Promoter at least 48 hours before the draw.
Eligibility
The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding:

You may be asked to provide proof of eligibility.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries that are:

No refunds will be issued if you are disqualified or found ineligible.
The Prize
The prize is described on the Website.
Prizes are subject to availability. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
Prizes may be supplied by a third-party supplier.
Some prizes may require assembly. Manufacturer instructions must be followed.
The prize is non-transferable and not negotiable.
The Promoter may substitute a cash prize if the original prize becomes unavailable or circumstances require it.
Winners
The Promoter’s decision is final.
Winners will be contacted using the details provided. If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim the prize within 14 days, the Promoter may redraw.
The surname and county of winners may be published to confirm a valid award.
If you object to publication, notify the Promoter before the Closing Date. The Promoter may still provide details to the Advertising Standards Authority if required.
Claiming the Prize
The prize must be claimed personally.
If contact details change, notify the Promoter immediately.
Cash prizes (if applicable) will be transferred to the winner’s nominated bank account. Proof of account ownership may be required.
Failure to provide required information within 14 days may result in forfeiture and a redraw.
The Promoter is not liable if a winner cannot take up the prize.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter will not be liable for loss, damage, personal injury or death resulting from participation, except where caused by negligence.
Statutory rights are not affected.
Data Protection & Publicity
Personal information will be used solely to administer the competition in line with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
Winners may be required to provide proof of identity.
If you win, you agree that your name and location may be used to announce the result.
You may withdraw consent to publicity, but this may affect prize transfer.
The Promoter may be required to share winner details with regulatory authorities.
General
The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms at any time.
The Promoter may suspend, cancel or amend the competition if necessary.
The competition is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Facebook.
These terms are governed by English law and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
You should retain a copy of these terms for your records.
