Delivery Information

At County Mowers Wetherby Limited, we aim to provide clear, reliable delivery times and competitive nationwide shipping across mainland England and Wales.

All prices shown include VAT. Free delivery is included on most items to the majority of mainland England and Wales addresses. Additional delivery charges may apply to certain locations.

Delivery Times

Delivery is typically 5–7 working days for most products on the GB mainland.

Ride-on mowers and garden tractors are usually delivered within 7–10 working days, as each machine must be assembled, inspected and tested to ensure it arrives ready to mow.

Spare parts and certain specialist items may have varying lead times depending on manufacturer availability.

If there are any unexpected delays affecting your order, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Delivery Charges

Free delivery applies to most items within mainland England and Wales.

Additional charges may apply to certain locations.

Pallet delivery is not available to the following postcode areas:

BT, KW, IV, PA, PH, AB, DD, KY, EH, TD, KA, FK, HS, ZE

We do not offer delivery to Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man or mainland Europe.

Pallet Deliveries

Products weighing approximately 40kg and over are delivered by a specialist pallet courier. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Lawn tractors

• Ride-on mowers

• Garden shredders

Some Hayter and Toro lawn mowers are also delivered by pallet due to their weight and to ensure safe transportation.

The pallet company will contact you directly to arrange a suitable delivery day.

Courier Deliveries

The majority of smaller garden machinery is delivered by national courier and requires a signature on delivery. Deliveries cannot be left without a signature as proof of receipt.

We work with established carriers including DHL, DPD, DX, FedEx, Tuffnells and ParcelForce.

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, typically between 8am and 6pm. As these are national carriers, we are unable to guarantee AM or PM delivery slots.

Weekend delivery is not currently available.
