Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to feel confident when purchasing from County Mowers Wetherby Limited. Please read the information below carefully before submitting a return request using the form at the bottom of this page.

30-Day Returns (Unused Items)

If you change your mind, you may return unused goods within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Items must:

Be unused
Be in original condition
Include all original packaging, labels and accessories
Be suitable for resale

Proof of purchase is required.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot issue a refund until the goods are received.

Where possible, we can arrange collection and deduct the cost from your refund.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Please note that banks may take additional time to process the refund.

Damaged on Arrival

If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by completing the return request form below. Photographs may be required to help us resolve the issue quickly.

Faulty Products (Within Warranty)

If a product develops a fault within the manufacturer’s warranty period, please submit a return request using the form below.

If collection is required, please ensure the item is securely packaged with all accessories and documentation included.

If a fault is confirmed, we will arrange repair, replacement or refund in line with warranty terms and consumer legislation.

If no fault is found, or the issue is caused by misuse or accidental damage, collection and return costs may apply.

Your Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

For online purchases, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, followed by a further 14 days to return them.

You may inspect the product as you would in a shop. However, if the item has been used beyond reasonable inspection, you may be liable for any reduction in value.

For example, using a lawn mower to cut grass would classify the product as used and may result in a reduced refund.

To qualify for a full refund, please return items unused and in their original packaging.
